KEEPING IT OFF

 


    Maintaining a certain weight as you age can be difficult and science now knows why. I've linked to a recent study https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2019/09/190909193211.htm that gives one of the major reasons and ways to overcome this phenomenon. It's also necessary to weigh yourself almost daily and I've found calorie counting also helps if you're trying to lose weight. Maintaining a certain weight once you've reached your goal is another thing altogether. I'm still working on that.
