   I'm suffering from almost three straight years of Daily Donald? I have to admit I've stopped watching the Donald J. Trumpf shitshow on TV and can hardly bear to read anymore OP-eds and articles about him and his gang. In short, I'm suffering from emotional and mental fatigue as regards him. Are you?

   The past 8 months I've turned my attention to making sure I do at least 4 to 5 or more walks a week. My average walk is now 4 miles and sometimes I'll walk as much as 7 miles. I jog as well for part of these walks. This activity level plus a limited calorie regimen has helped me lose 15 lbs. and I hope to keep it off in this way. What I'll do when winter arrives is another thing. It's not as simple though as it looks. As I've lost the weight it's taken more activity to get the same results and I've also had to gradually lower my caloric intake as well. I'm almost at my ideal BMI weight now and have been trying to get my weight to level off. So far this has had mixed results and I've been trying to figure out a formula for doing this. If anyone has suggestions please send them on.

I don't think his base cares what he does and he has them believing the Dems. are out to get him no matter what so they're not open to hearing anything negative about him at all. I don't even bother talking with any of them about it anymore and if they try to engage me in an attempt to change my view I'm just as turned off to them. Anyway, so this is for the already anti-Trumpers.

IMPEACHMENT !! -  @ long last. What more can this thug do before he's Impeached? It doesn't even matter if he's convicted at this point. He has to be dragged in front of Congress one way or another for the endless contempt for the law and the Constitution he displays daily. He thinks the US is just another part of his Corp. brand. Worse are the 40% of the public for one dark reason or another supports this guy. This was the same 40% that stuck with Tricky Dick. It's their children today that are going to stick with this evil toxic klown to the end as well. Sadly, unlike Tricky this man has absolutely NO RESPECT for the law and no conscience or sense of shame. Tricky knew the game was up and left. This guy hasn't a clue.

         A new Boardwalk in Margate would be a Climate-friendly, healthy addition to our town because it will give our people a new Public park and a new walkway/bike path to enjoy. It will take people out of their cars. and homes and get them running, walking, jogging and riding their bikes instead. It will improve everyone's quality of life and literally save lives.
